We cannot sustain customer satisfaction and the continued availability of insects to our clients unless we ensure that our colonies are healthy. This is achieved by means of the quality assurance program that we have established, whereby we:

1. manage the consistency, reliability and timeliness of production output
2. assure the performance of production processes so that unacceptable deviations do not occur in product quality.
3. regulate the conformity of the product to acceptable standards of quality.
4. incorporate client feedback into the refinement or improvement of our systems.

Our quality control facility includes an analytical lab, separate from the insectarium, where we monitor production, process and product control for all of our insect colonies. Our rearing facility is unique among multi-species rearing facilities in that we conduct routine microbial screening for every mating chamber of all cohorts of our colonies.
