The Canadian Forest Management Database was conceived and designed by D.G. Thompson and S.B. Holmes of the Canadian Forest Service, Natural Resources Canada. The database has been developed and supported through the collaborative efforts of the Canadian Forest Service (CFS), the United States Forest Service (USFS), the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources (OMNR), the Upper Lakes Environmental Research Network (ULERN), Tembec Inc. and FEDNOR.
